- Conduct capacity building for awarding organizations, and provide information/ advice on AUSAID/IFES policies and procedures with regard to expending grant funds and preparation of reports;
- Conduct financial and regulation compliance review of financial and narrative reports;
- In cooperation with IFES Jakarta & DC Finance Department, prepare periodic Reconciliation reports for the review by the Project Manager;Qualifications:
- 4 years work experience in a related field with an international organizations is required
- Ability to demonstrate a keen interest in politics and electoral processes is required;
- Experience in AUSAID projects is an advantage
General Requirement for all positions:
- Willingness and availability to be based in Banda Aceh
- University Degree from suitable field to the position offered.
- Excellent report writing skills & ability to produce a multiple-page report on electoral and political situations in English
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Programs, Excel, Internet) required
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and oral
- Strong analytical skill, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
